New AP 26240 with 4401 Super Clone movement is coming

I've just ordered a green dial and waiting on my QC. I did want the ceramic but just can't afford for the bracelet to snap so will picking up when they've resolved the issue.

i just got mine yesterday but have not sized the bracelet yet (planning this week I hate doing things like that when i am excited upon delivery) after a day or so i relax and take my time
the bracelet seems good its comparable to my APS perpetual Calander I have

my thought it was an isolated batch issue with the straps snapping at the lug

Not too sure about how 'grande' the tapisserie is on the other colours but on the white dial it's spectacularly done (mind you this is with the APS sticker still on). APSF have outdone themselves with this release (pictures courtesy of wristwatchspot.com)

There are approx. 50,000 diamond like cuts on the gen dial that start off more pronounced and larger on the outer rim and get more dense and smaller towards the centre. A quick count confirms APSF did a marvellous job. Wear those well guys

Also this is not really visible to the naked eye, it is insane to critique a $900 rep of a $50k watch when zooming in that far to find a flaw.

Agree with you 100%, wear it well and do not worry as this is one hell of a rep

Quick question for guys who already have received their watches. Are you satisfied with the finish and feel of the bracelet? Would you recommend having it polished and rebrushed to soften the edges and make it more flexible ?

Fatarms did an amazing writeout for me a few pages down.

Very cool. Yeah I’m wondering if I should just source the watch via a modder. The regular sellers are taking quite a long time for qc. Modder can easily fix any alignment issues as well as tune up the bracelet too which is a plus.

I could only imagine the 26240 in steel is pretty dang heavy. I know gen gold weight is something insane, but it would not be like a feather on your wrist.

Maybe if the gold model is successful, the maker will follow up with a heavy weight model

While I do not disagree I have Daydate RG heavy version how does it measure to the APS not that much different both wear similar weight wise

Wow that might be the best AP reps dial I’ve seen.

I have, but I find that on wrist pictures on here, especially taken in natural light , give me a much better sense of how the watch actually looks vs the ones on the TD sites.
