I really only care if the markers are super crooked. It’s usually the 3,6, or 9. I’ve rarely seen the 12 be that bad. What did you see?
Mostly just alignment issues.
Crooked 6 and 12 markers, subdial hands did not align at 12. Big chrono hand did not align at 12. Bezel Screws at 2 and 4 not perpendicular as they should.

Especially with a watch which costs 185.000,- € upwards on C24.

I just received the rose gold model with the blue dial. If I had to choose one to wear daily, it would be the stainless steel version.

You choose the SS daily cause of how flashy or is the material and feeling different ?I just received the rose gold model with the blue dial. If I had to choose one to wear daily, it would be the stainless steel version.
How good is the plating on the RG 26240 from flan ?

I like the overall appearance of the SS with the blue dial. I think I might like the RG more if it had a white dial. It is just my preference. I am not much of a blue dial fan but it works better with the SS. The plating is fine on the RG. I honestly don’t know how different it is from a non-plated one.
This is the best replica (in both SS and RG) that I have owned so far. 99.99% of people would have a hard time recognizing it as a replica. If you are on the fence, just go for it.

No TD is selling for $500's.... but there is a new 26331 that is $588
I would love to hear who you are getting this from, but make sure they are not offering you the 26331 instead
I was going to say, they might probably be trying to sell you the 'ZF' instead of the APS. The fact of the matter is that this is a release that they've put a lot of time into so expect to pay $700 at least from non-TDs.
