Cannot comment on lug shape, nothing that significantly stood out to me.

However, as Dr.Vintage’s case I based on 16xxx these differences to me appear consistent with the model upgrade.

Correct, v1 has older (thinner) 1600 shape - now v2 16000 case shape.

I ageee about the bezel. I would use a genuine.
