Quite a few people use CousinsUK’s hands. Get the Refill 11. They’re very good for the hand even though the second hand is more finicky to put on than with some AliX onesHey guys, sourcing parts for my build with this case and a VS 3135.
What are my options for sourcing hands that fit the VS 3135?
I've tried looking at StarTime but even though the hands say 3135, the specifications list the hand sizes as slightly off. (100/140/20)
I searched the forum and found the correct hand sizes:
1530/1570 auto 1.20 x 0.85 x 0.20 mm
3035/3135 auto 1.40 x 0.95 x 0.22 mm

Yeah I do the edges soften on all my builds tooThanks @drvintage for your nice case. Today I swithed my raffles case with the 16000 and it came out very nice. Especially the mount for the 3135 movement is a big improvement.
As usually I changed some small thing to get closer to gen:
- I slightly removed material from the horn to get it smaller at the top
- I thrilled the horn to 1.3 mm to fit the vintage spring bar (that was a mistake)
- removed 0,2mm from the crystal mount to fit the crystal completely
- removed a small circle on the movement mount ring

I have a few platted bezels on stock if you need. That is one stunning build!!
Do you have a link to this gorgeous bezel?
you can use 3135, so to glue the DW will be not necessary.Hello mates,
I'm thinking of making a dj 5 digit with the @drvintage case (I like the 4 digit better but to avoid having to cut dial feet...). It would be my first serious project, so far I only made 2 raffles watches that I don't use.
My question is, what UV glue or what glue do you use for the DW? any advice to place it? I have seen some tutorial but if you have any advice or tutorial... thanks!!!!

Thanks for answer, you can use 3135, so to glue the DW will be not necessary.
you have to glue the 3135 DW to the 2824 DW, if you use this movement with a rolex case/dial. If you are able to use 3135 movement you can just exchange the DW to another one (gold/open 6 etc..) and it will fit. Thanks for answer,
How do you set the DWO 6-9 to the DW that the 3135 already has? I've never done this, and I see people use glues but I don't know if it's the best idea.
There are aftermarket DW with open 6 for the 3135. So you do not have to glue anything. Just remove the original DW and put the new on in.How do you set the DWO 6-9 to the DW that the 3135 already has?
Yes, my idea is VS3135.you have to glue the 3135 DW to the 2824 DW, if you use this movement with a rolex case/dial. If you are able to use 3135 movement you can just exchange the DW to another one (gold/open 6 etc..) and it will fit.
When I use VS3135, I replace it with this DW.Hello mates,
