Yes, different threads which means different tubes and also different inner tubes so the easiest way to see the difference between a 600 and a 603 is by measuring the inner tube, see reference pic

Thinking about just buying a BP 16710 to just take the dial, hands, and movement. Not finding anything Gen for reasonable prices at the moment

I bought a 16710 case from Old Crown dotcom because it said the B24-603-06mm is correct, but it won't go in. Which crown is correct without processing? Mine took a 24-604-06mm

i cannot disclose this tbh since i didnt just bought the case set but all the bell and whistles that drvintage provide such as the mid case ,rework of midcase crown guards engraving and assembly ! If i am not wrong you can buy just the mid case and assembly your self the price will differ !

I thought about doing this but ended up ordering a VR3186, dial and hands from Sillan on Alibaba. Was a little pricier but I figured the bracelet from BP wasn’t that great anyway and didn’t want the case / bracelet to go to waste

BP dial have to sanded 0,15mm bcs these are little bit bigger diameter as gen. Bracelet does not fit 100% - have to be sanded too. So I am not sure if it worth it.

I feared this would be an issue too. For what it’s worth the dial I got from Sillan fit perfectly into the case. I was under the impression it was BP but I suppose this proves it isn’t

I'm currently waiting for some gen gaskets to arrive in the mail.. so far none of the aftermarket crystal gaskets I had at hand maintained the waterproofing and the were all a bit too short. I have the same issues with the bezel inserts. (generic ones are all different sizes and shapes) The gen bezel insert fits perfectly.
