There’s no real queue… I ordered mine got Qc in a few days, rejected as most have due to wonky 3 o’clock marker, likely same watch none of us wanted

I just received mine and seem to have a problem with the moonphase pusher. It turns only if i manually set thetime by the crown but not from the side pusher. Any idea what this could be?

Well from the sound of it, it's more than likely one of two things. 1) the moonphase advancement lever spring probably popped out of it's spot during rough shipping. 2) the moonphase advancement levers contact point with the case pusher is bent too far inwards (or broke) and dosnt make enough contact with the case pusher.

Either way, you're probably gonna need to take it to a matchmaker to have serviced.

I kept turning 24hours to manually adjust the moonphase and after a couple of 24 hour rotations it stopped shifting entirely. Its now stuck in 1 position. Does that change the diagnosis?

Well now it will be correct atleast 1 day in the lunar cycle :hehehe:

My 2 cents, don't tinker with the moon phase in reps. Nobody will bother to look at yours and even if they look, they will barely know if it is set correctly or not. There is 1 in a million chance that someone will say that your moon phase is not set correctly.

Well now it could be that moonphase jumper spring popped out of place. Still would need to take the dial off to figure out whats exactly wrong.

I will agree, set and don't touch it if possible. Replica moon phase complications are way to sensitive and delicate for a lot of man handling.

I had to wait in between clicks to set the moonphase. I also made sure my watch was fully wound when setting it. If I pressed the pusher too fast or not hard enough the moonphase would not advance. But you probably already tried this.

Pics incoming. I've noticed this dial not only changes color depending on lighting IRL, but the cameras I've used don't really know how to capture the tones of the dial either. I haven't quite had a dial like this yet. The PPF v4 dial comes close, but this is very odd. I've edited one of the direct light photos to try and capture the greenish hue it has in direct sunlight. It's still not 100%, but very close to what it looks like.
