An Excellent sums up of the situation, I will also add that now that we have a bit of perspective on the MKF V5, even small wrist will have no issue with it, the bracelet "breaks in" after some time and some back and forth on the link will make it hug the wrist the same way the PF do.
GingerBubba have a PF white dial (same case as the blue dial) and an MKF blue dial and he couldn't really tell the difference between the bracelet way of hugging the wrist.

So far the MK V6 only have minor differences with the MK v5 I thoroughly reviewed so everything you said above is perfectly valid.

To me, you can't really go wrong with either PF or MK at that point if you take care of your QC process (MK can also suffer from alignement issues) :)

If you mean the two ceramic ball near the clasp, which allows it to be kept close by friction fit, the MK surely have them

Thanks very much for the input Gilrob and Glaude. I decided I will go with the MKV6 and deal with InTime Watch company. I will place the order today and ask for pics of the watch to check for quality.

Any advice on what to look out for in terms of issues besides the potential misalignment of markers? Hard to tell from any pictures about the feeling of the bracelet so I'm just curious what most people are looking for when they get the pics of the rep

What would you guys be looking out for in terms of quality control issues with the PF version? Aside from the misaligned hour markers?

I believe it was an unofficial "silent" release. If you've purchased a PF recently, it's like a PF v2. There's a post where I asked the same question, and received an answer about the subtle changes. If I find it, I'll post it here.

To my knowledge they are just doing a better job at quality check, in particular marker alignment but I think everything else is the same but yes please let me know if I missed something mate

Will MKV remake a plaque with the correct engravings? Could we ask them, even if there was a supplement to pay?

Factories producein batches, and probably have manufactured 100's of movements with the typo. They don't do custom orders
