They don't state it as 8.5, it's 9mm which puretime lists. It says (close to 8.5mm gen thickness)

I noticed crooked and uneven lume on most of pic on most of TDs webpages.
I think it’s a common issues with PF version.
Some of the MKF has crooked 12 markers Too but it looks like refinement of MKF dial is way better than PF version.
I’m waiting on V6F version. I’m hopping it will be released this year.

Thank you so much for that awesome review. Can you say something about the noise of the Miyota in the PF? My MKF 2824 is perfectly quiet. In my JF 15400 the Miyota is acceptable. But in my BP best version of Vacheron Constantin the Miyota is, as someone wrote: like a noisy "helicopter". Which gives an overall unsolid/cheap feel to that otherwise well done clone. How about the Miyota sound in the PF? Cheers

I think so too, but it could also be the 2AR, so I wasn't exactly sure about that.

most people I know who got MKF immediately slapped 2AR on them since they look too good, sadly for me there's no stock comparison

Miyotas vary watch to watch, or just how well they're oiled sometimes.

so one PF can be oiled very well while another be oiled poorly.

You can't really categorize them. But to answer your question, the PF I had was acceptable. Noise was audible in a quiet room but not when there's other things going on

Nice comparison..thanks for sharing! I ordered two PF Nautilus Watches they will be here this week. I have a caliper so I’m going to check if the PF watches are as TD started 8.5mm. And I’ll post pictures so everyone can see.

Go for PF, it’s a no brainer. At this moment PF is best rep of Nautilus.
I think Luke looks yellow only in pics and certain lighting conditions.
I may buy PF as well but I’m still want to wait till Christmas to see if there is any news about v6f version which will have clone movement and it will be even thinner than PF.
