It's been almost a year now that I've been part of this community
... I first went with a Subc V4 when I arrived here and then I went ahead to get a TC V6 and franken it up. I'm not the person to downgrade... So I know it also has to be a franken.
I had it on my mind for a while but the 16610 just looks so subtle on the wrist. Tried on an gen GMTc and damn... It looks so much better in person than in the photos. Until now I have sourced these parts for my build:
GMTc Noob V2 (latest)
Gen Dial - new one with chroma light lume
Gen Insert
Gen crystal
That is what zocker who will assemble it all advised me to get. I think the insert is the most important since it is kind of this watch's face.

I'll keep the progress updated and write a review of the result. Or maybe zocker will update while assembling
Have uploaded some comparison between the inserts too. What is most noticing is that the new "silver" bezel fonts on the reps make it kind of an easier tell. The platinum inserts look way brighter and mostly white most of the time. While the silver can not reflect that white and bright font. Also notice how the fonts are not curved on the rep insert.
