I would have said Tsing Tsao but I've just got back from Prague so at the moment it's Pilsner.

Both have the benefit of not being 'gassy' so you don't get that over full feeling.

The old recipe that 3 Floyds used in Zombie Dust was fantastic! They have since changed it and although it a fine IPA, its not the same. I am a revolution brewery fan so anything they put out is on my list to buy! I do like Bourbon County and a slew of other hard to find beers:)

Trying different beers regularly and my fave at the moment is from a micro-brewery. Conwy Brewery's Oatmeal Stout from the cask.
Usually I choose IPAs first but had previously enjoyed Conwy's Clogwyn Gold and Welsh Pride on draught too.

I love trying different microbrews.

Ballast Point Sculpin IPA and Heroes Spring Cleaning Maiboch (local) are 2 of my fav's right now. The Maiboch is seasonal.....So I pick up growlers when it's available. 7.7% ABV makes me feel good LOL

I do not have a number one favorite, but there are a few which really really really are good
  • La Trappe Oak Aged Quadrupels (I've had batch 23, 24 and 26. Liked 23 the most).
  • Paix Dieu (A belgium beer which only brews during full moon ... Yeah thats bullshit but it tastes awesome).
  • Broeder Jacob Lazarus - Calvados Infused (2016, this is just awesome! Matured in old calvados barrels).
  • Delirium Argentum (Just awesome, the very best IPA i've tasted so far).
What can I say, only the first isn't a belgium beer ... I just love those belgium beers. My count at this moment is 285 distinct beers :).

That's an interesting list. Thanks for sharing. Will have to look for them. Been enjoying west coast IPAs sours this week from Beachwood with Adam from the Wood, Angel's Share and Deliverance for dessert.

The one that fills my glass. Seriously- not many beers have I not made friends with. The local brewery to me here in the central California coast actually had a "beer for life" membership offer which I took advantage of two years ago...a keg a month, two growlers a day, and all I and the Wife can drink whenever we are in the pub. Went past the make or break mark six months ago and have not paid for beer since....I have to say it may be the smartest investment I have ever made. Well- maybe not for my liver...
