There's a slight scratch visible in the second pic.

I had a SS diver and to be fair, the angle hugely changes the visibility of bezel blemishes. But jeez it looks minor.

For the DOA here is watch showing same second times. In full disclosure I had already tried to wind and set watch and I didn't want to set back hour and minute hands as I thought that would be disingenuous.

I also received a pm last night from someone that states Ryan is not where the watches pics are taken or shipped from so if true how can he speak to what manner Jordan or someone else handle this?

As to time graphed pic can anyone know for certain this is the same watch as I received...I cannot.

I assure I do not have much access to these watches and these are both the same ones I received from Intime and not different as someone here tried to surmise.

Come to think of it, do those screws look the same to you guys? It's not just light?

When I first saw the pics I thought that the screws in APs pics didnt look as sunken...

Hiwever the problem is that we aint comparing like for like in terms of the pics..

The comments about the markers is something you can see however as with when you say look at the inscriptions on a PAM dial the font/lettering can appear fatter than they actually are because of the 'spred' from the lens and lighting of the camera or from 'zoom' or 'cropping'

So although I had a similar feeling when first viewing I am not so sure that we can be positive....

Unless there is a more distinct difference from say a head on shot comapred to QC head on then the camera can lie.... or rather misrepresent the true image

So I dont think that we should jump to any conclusions based on those couple of points.... I dont see anything that says these are 2 different watches from what has been posted... plus I dont believe Ryan would do this

When I think the watch that arrived isnt the one in the QC (Not from Ryan now) What I do is compare the screw slot head positions on strap, CB, plots etc after that I start looking at variations in lume, DW aperture... marks, satin brush grain, etc etc

The best way is to do that yourself is in your hand and QC pics in front of you :)

The pictures were not taken by myself , I have QC dept. responsible for taking QC images and all the watches ship from my office . I just don't understand why you ensure I sent a non working watch to you even I have sent the time grapher picture with QC images

*** I have checked my AP diver stock when arrived from factory because I need I check dial alignment and condition. ***

Really easy to fix that bezel
If you have a new one easy to swap and if not rebrushing the bezel can be done too
I have proposed my help...

PeteM is right, it's impossible to confront those pictures. Different angles, light and focus. No way we can determine anything for sure.
Just my 2 cents.

And I believe these scratches where done with screwdriver when someone at Intime recessed the bezel screws.

It is not you Ryan directly that I believe is responsible but the very QC dept you spoke of.

I am spending more of my $ to repair this $528 DOA watch, I will no longer spend my $$$ with you or Intime because of trust. I have not used this thread as a means to extort anything from Intime as I no longer trust Intime end of story.

I have already sent this watch off to be repaired and have the tracking # to prove that as well. Now on this matter I am done!

Although that belief isnt something that I would have at the top of my list of possibilities mate. I say that for a number of reasons based on past experience and in dealing with scratches etc but regardless it is ultimately impossible to know... :)

I hope everything gets sorted and I wish you well in wearing it.... it is still a great rep..

I would love to own one myself... :)
