Honestly, that's what i thought mate ! But i didn't know both RXF and VSF shared the same clasp code !

The watch is awesome, but believe me, that bracelet feels so cheap...look forward to change it for a ARF

Yes they share some parts. They are like a co/op factory or one in the same as far as i know. I didnt think the bracelet was so bad honestly. I dont have any arf ones to compare it to but i do have a few gen.

I just put mine on this rubber strap for a change, see how long it lasts before i switch it back over.

I have an arf v2 and the bracelet Feels the same, as my rxf. only the arf clasp feels better.

This only comes with the Asia 2824-2 movement, right?

I read that rotor/movement is very rattly and noisy, can any RXF owners weigh in on this?

Mine's nice and quiet. It's a simple fix if it's noisy anyway.

A tiny drop of something on the rotor bearings (Molykote DX Paste remains my favourite). There are forum tutorials on how to silence a rotor.

Got mine today (from Sead). I gotta say it's a really nice looking rep. The bracelet feels OK, should be fine after an oil bath. SELs are good, black hole not bad.

Considering the ETA 2824 too. Did you supply yourself - I'm wondering if it is a straight swap or any additional parts? Recall seeing something about pinion heights that could be different between movements.

It’s a straight swap. Clone 2824 for an ETA 2824. Same movement, it’s just that one is a cheap copy and the other is genuine. The Chinese 2824 crapped out on me so I went for an ETA.

KJ2020 looking sharp with the paint mod. Will have a look at doing mine too now I’ve the ETA & prof crystal installed.

Not sure what you mean by ‘off’ ?

The one issue I had with the original RXF was that the cyclops was not in the correct position. I rotated the crystal but couldn’t get it sat correctly over the date window and I wasn’t going to spend crazy money on a gen.

1675Fanboy I believe the date window should be bigger in the cyclops due to the gen magnification.
