mini review: AP ROO Panda Gen vs Rep side by side

Great review... One question I would love to hear your view on is how smooth your reps seconds counter is compared to the real deal. Better still if you could take the time for a side-by-side video.
The modification to the 7750 to get the seconds positioned at 12 does not have a great rep, in terms of reliability and smoothness, one of the reasons ive stayed away (unless blessed by domi etc

The Panda is my only keeper AP. It doesn't get any better, unless they rep the Navy Themes correctly.

what do u think of blacktheme? i want to get blacktheme rather than panda due to accuracy to gen.

The Panda is one of the best, the BT is not bad but the silver outlining around the numbers is not so great

The panda is not that accurate due to the color of the red needles is different from gen. The gen is also more 3 dimensional and silvery
The blacktheme has no red color. Of course it has flaws such as crown, thick case back, DW etc. But the mood and aura of the doal looks better than panda due to colors
The color of the needles is different from Gen ? I highly disagree. But let's say hypothetically that it's slightly off. How could you ever possibly discern that from arm's length ? If you're going to scrutinize an AP that way, don't buy any of them. They all have more obvious flaws. All of them
Nothing beats a Gen Panda Dial.... The rep dial is indeed quite off in certain aspects. I agree with bmw760 on the red colour... Side by Side you can hardly tell
Does anybody really think that on someone's wrist, anywhere, day or night, someone else is going to look at the rep and say, "OMG, you got ripped off . . .that's a fake . . . Just look at the shade of red on the needle and that font on the date wheel!" Come on. And at night? Forget it. The Panda rep looks magnificent. Me want one!

Am I the only one that wears an eye glass with 5x mag? Can spot a rep and even tell which factory just by smelling the stink of the cooking oil they use in Asian mvmts?
