Yeah theres been delays?? Bullshit and his FU to one of our Mods shows his Bullshit.

What fucking delay?? You take the package to USPS (or they can even pick up your package from you at no charge), you ship Priority which is 2-3 days delivery and in almost all cases its two days, very rare for it to be three days unless the reciever lives in some rural county or backwoods area. You get a reciept you get delivery or signature confirmation (very inexpensive) and you send the reciever their tracking number simple. Even by parcel post I can deliver a package across country in a maxium of four days usually three.

So listen up, post the receipt, post the delivery confirmation number, or give the tracking numbers. You sold the same watch to two people and no ones got shit and now your claiming delays?? FUCK YOU you got the $$ and didn't ship anything your full of shit, delays my ass.

I have seen these linch mob threads as of recent and the accused usually have to resort to foul language or stomping their feet out of the forum. Gioarmani went through this and because he was genuine and faced the mob he came out victorious. Micavi, if your logged in and you believe your innocent, take the time to answer to the jury or guilt and banishment will be the victor.

That is exactly our point. The longer it goes unanswered the more guilty you appear. That is why these threads turn so ugly. If you do something along these lines and do not answer when you are called on it, you deserve it. I also think threads of this type get more attention and aid in warning off potential victims. So step up or step out. If you treat our members who transact business with you in good faith this badly, we do not need you around here.

The only humor I am finding here is that "a scammer was scammed by a scammer, referring to Burke"... I am sure the name "MICAVI" is long gone. His activity ceased on this forum the day he edited out the sale posting. I doubt the watch even existed. I also bet that "MICAVI" has already moved on to another public library PC (to avoid D4M detection), created a new user name, and is already "building confidence" in the "buddy buddy, love your new watch" threads within this very forum. He will reach 50+ posts in no time. He will purchase a few low-end reps from our community. He will sell a few low-end reps to our community. Then he will strike again. Only to repeat his cycle. $1000 per month isn't bad side money for a socialpath. So keep your guard up guys. Sorry to hear about your losses.

No, he still logs in from time to time. He reads my PM but of course does not answer whether or not my watch will be sent out. He said that he didn't scam anyone yet...and that there were delays with shipping. Well, how the hell can he PM me stating the shipping went out and provide me with a tracking number, which of course does not work. Also, when asked how he can sell the same watch to 2 different people, again, no answers.

So in essence, if I am not being scammed, tell me Micavi, then what the f*#&$ is going on?

As a related note, I don't think people should be allowed edit their original post in the Sales forum. Any changes that need to be made can posted as a reply.

Then people wouldn't be able to go back and say "I never listed it had a Swiss movement etc etc etc"

It also keeps a nice historical record of pricing etc.

If I a seller is new to me, I save the page so any discrepancies in details can be referred to later. Preventing the edit would eliminate this need.

I think was a good decision to change the edit process... at least then their is written documentation if someone misrepresents and the forum can call them out on this.
