Let us turn this into a learning experience giving him advice as we were to our own 19 year old vs a berating.

@Harris1234 through all this you managed to keep things mostly civil, refrained from throwing around foul language and dirty insults when things turned a bit against you - something many people do in their frustration.
But you didn't call everybody names. That's a plus in today's world in your age and situation. As irritating as this thread felt at times, you don't seem to be a bad guy.
But bad decisions have been made on both sides.
I do feel sorry that you are in limbo about the whereabouts of the watch. I know the feeling. Had a watch gone missing for almost exactly a year. Then all of a sudden it turned up.
I don't know all the details but I'd like to point out the possibility, that the watch simply went missing en route to you. Given the number of packages that have to be dealt with by postal services daily, things like that just happen. It does not have to be the sender's fault or intention and in my personal case there was simply nothing the sender could do. In the end everyone at the postal services just shrugged their shoulders. But luckily and almost magically my watch showed up after almost a year. I hope for a good outcome for you. If possible take yourself back a bit next time, best of luck.

well wow thanks a lot for this. bad decisions have indeed been made by both sides you're right. I was just very desperate to get my watch as you can see everywhere i had been looking for it everywhere for a while and the seller happened to have it. you are right it very possibly could have been lost in transit but what bothered me was the no tracking once in canada thing. But whatever i guess it is what it is now. Thanks again, i tremendously appreciate you taking your time out to write this to me.

Well if this kid was geniune advice put your money into stocks and assets and savings instead of trinkets and come back when you're 25

1) This happened, it's over. Let the dead horse rest and learn lessons from it.
2) Read more rules and learn the replica game.
3) My advice. Save your money, develop your assets, you're still in uni.
While I advocate for people to wear whatever you want, 19y/o wearing a luxury watch screams fake or douchey. People will think it's either fake, or your family is rich enough to gift you a luxury watch.
If you do wanna wear a watch, maybe consider something lowkey like a LONGINES / Tudor or even gen Seiko / Casio. Not a 300k vintage Daytona

Great advice again I appreciate it a lot. TBH I don’t really wear the expensive reps at school. Mostly at home lol
@Harris1234 I’m sorry this happened to you, and I hope you don’t get discouraged from staying on the forum and trying to contribute and learn from the best here.
If I could make a suggestion, if you really can’t afford to lose a package, only look to purchase within Canada or maybe Canada + CONUS. There are plenty of sellers in both Canada and the US, and if you were patient a Reverso would have surfaced in M2M eventually (I remember seeing the man himself Hurk selling a couple recently).
Also, the links in the new members section are worth reading (seriously). Good luck.
