Are you winding it the right way?? You will feel/hear a slight clicking noise and the it will spring back a little. The more its wound the less it springs back in your fingers till it won't turn anymore.

Tapatalk post!

When I wind it a - b as described in OP's post I here clicking but no resistance even after 30-40 turns.

Winding a lefty Pam......

May I suggest turning the watch upside down and winding it with your right hand only. It is a 'lefty' watch right? Do the A to B winding, watch upside down, 6 o'clock on top, wind with right hand only. ............

I am not going to count how my rotations I have wind, I just turn the freaking wheels until I can't move it anymore, that is how wind. I might need another watch soon though. =)

Shouldn't wind it until it stops, ju st until you feel resistance increase noticeably. Winding it until it stops isnt good for the spring.

+1 Then just wind it a few turns daily to recharge the spring. Or some more but every few days.

Winding a Destro

That's really funny : upside down winding !:D:
Winding a Destro is clockwise, too.
Because the Crown Guard is @9 means that you turn the crown from B to A (meaning from top to bottom of the watch).
And you are supposed to do it with your left hand with watch on your right wrist, that's how a Destro is supposed to be worn!

Goodluck for those who wind it until it fully wind/cant go beyond
LOL

I usually only do 11-15 times winding with approx 300-360° rotation or 1 fully round,
and it gives me an exact 12-14hr power reserve.
i dont want my watches to work all the time, since im not using them everyday
and i think they need a nice good sleep too :)

He said, he once leave the watch without any winding, and it lasts 2-3 days...
