Does anyone know how the Chinese factories blue their screws? do they use heat or do they anodize? If it's anodized, then a simple soak in greased lightning will fix the issue. Heat bluing would be next to impossible to remove completely.

If it's the same blueing process they used on the very first Angus PAM372, then it's removable by using micron paper to sand the coating off (this is from cwazy's post in my comparo of the Angus and H-Fac versions).

If the screw is supposed to be polished, you could also use a few passes of a Cape Cod to remove the blue and keep it polished?

Waiting on a real world review... This looks really good and I guess I am not blessed with glass wrists or x-ray vision to see the blue screws and be bothered by them :)

How do you wind this watch? I mean do you need to unscrew the crown each time or how is this being done?

Thanks.

Okay, I see.

Would the tube not wear out mighty fast if you are uncrewing und rescrewing the crown every day to wind?

Shouldn't be a problem if it's done properly. PN Daytona's also have the same screw down crown and manual winding movement and it was always nice and smooth to operate with (while I had it).
