Thanks, and no I don't. The lower crown rotates the disk, I'm pretty sure they're cities in Russian, but I don't know lol. I'm assuming it works like a GMT watch, but instead of an additional hand, you have a sub dial.

did You take a look at the vids uploaded later in the the thread. The thing that´s quite fascinating me is, that it´s a flawlessly well running precision instrument. Set the time when I got it and that´s it.Used the bright sunlight to have a nice shot at the vintage hands and dial.
