Hmm I thought the crystal is playing tricks with the pic...thanks for pointing it out. The minute ring looks a little bit too far away from the metal and the metal itself is a bit thick.

Another option is to try some different crystals, some have a distorting effect on the edge which would then disguise the rehaut a bit, however its still a lovely watch and looking at it with just your eyes in real life and not an enlarged picture it probably looks much better ,
