Omega Rubber Diver Strap Sucks (cal.2500 version)

I've had this strap for a while. Bought it at Otto Frei. I use it on my Gen 2500D PO and Fr5GPO. The first half a year it was flexible and had a matte finish. Now it's shiny and a bit stiff.

Buyers beware. Even Gen straps are sometimes a P. O. S.

Not only omega. I have a gen IWC rubber and actuall the rep strap is way better than the gen after 6 month...

This other 2500 version that uses the deployant buckle is way better. The rubber still looks and feels the same. (que [MENTION=23449]trksh-bzr[/MENTION])

Personally I love the 2500 on the rubber strap, but wish it was: 1-longer 2- sturdier. The Seiko dive straps are perfect. Wish there was something like that for the Planet Ocean.
