Actually I have never had to set the time on this one since i got it i wear it that much. I just had to change the date from the 31st to the 1st that was all. It is the 2813 version but keeps excellent time. It passed the WP test with flying colours too.

I will probably stick a 703 on it and considering a clarks T39, but I really like it as is. I might buy the 2836 just to put a Yuki dial and hands on it. But I am in no rush as I am in the middle of an AP addiction atm. Yeah I know you have been there and done that.

1601 WG/SS Datejust from 1968

Going back to basics...watch came originally with a folded links jubilee (big crown clasp), which stretched so much I switched to the oyster bracelet 20 years ago...now went back for a jubilee...

Any thoughts?
