It's very easy to make.
I have bought a chlorine cleaner in a drugstore and dipped the insert for 15 minutes inside the cleaner. That's it.
The insert is a stock JFK.

But you have to watch the insert all the time.
The first 10-12 minutes nothing really happens, but than it's starts to bleach very quickly.
