This choice surprises me. I guess they (Tudor) know what image want to give the brand. If I had to associate Lady Gaga with a brand, that brand would be Swatch.

Well I work in marketing, I am focused on branding, imo this wasn't a lucky move at all, brands like Tudor should have some more serious ambassadors. :/ I am disappointed.

This is a brilliant marketing move IMO. They have to bring the younger (millennial) demo back to buying watches. You can't do that with Sean Connery. Even though he would make an awesome "most interesting man" of Horology.

I think lady gaga is a fine person, but probably not the right image to represent Tudor. Lets face it, watches appeal to men with disposable income. They should get someone with credibility like Connor McGregor or Messi to wear the watches.

Tudor is "cheaper" and therefor needs to adress a different scene, imo this choise is a good one! they are adressing the younger people interested in watches but (for now) without a huge wallet. With Connery they would speak more to the more serious watchpeople/collectors with deeper pockets,... which is nice, but not realy the people tudor should aim for i guess.

I don't think that they should do a cheap moves with celebrity endorsement just because they are cheaper than Rolex.
