yupp fully agree with tom here, although admittedly i don't have many functions to attend that require me to dress up or dress for work, given i'm still in uni haha. but yes with a nice croc/gator strap, the thinner more elegant looking rads become really nice dress watches. just my 2 cents worth :)

how does a 45mm radiomir like 346 wear on the wrist compared to a 44m luminor? I have a 116, and was just wondering if the 346 will look "smaller" on the wrist since it's not as thick as a 116. Anyone has experience with both watches that can provide some insight? Thanks in advance.

Nicktan is right. The radiomir definitely feels smaller. But i would also say that if you have a smaller wrist (which I do), the luminor case sits on your wrist better. Of course that depends on what strap you have as well.

Rad definitely looks nice with formal wear. But I've worn the luminor to interviews before and it gives a different profile. I was thinking to get a black gator on a luminor...i think it'll look quite dressy too!

haha i wouldn't have any experience with job interviews as mentioned earlier, i'm still at university, but i imagine a luminor on croc strap would indeed suit an office environment. rads maybe for more formal settings ie functions/dinners and what not?

Great minds think alike, I'm actually wearing my black croc strap on the 312 today. Also gen croc from KW like the 346. The quick release pins on the 312 is awesome for strap changes. Changing from black croc to asso or gunny strap gives a totally different impression.

Both can be dressy watches because they both have two tone effect (brushed case and polished bezel). The 312 is more versatile due to the silver hands and ease of strap changes. If I could only have one it'd be the 312, however the 346 is my fav between the two.

Haha hey no kidding when I wrote that reply I was definitely thinking a 312 on black gator - great minds DO think alike.

312/351 are my second and third watch on the get list. I like 351 for the contrast between the brushed and polished titanium, but the silver hands on the 312 definitely looks fresh. It's going to be a hard decision in the future when I'm in the buy-mode.

i think you should look to get the 312 first, it's a more versatile watch imo. with the classic black dial and silver hands. it can also be easily dressed up or down just with a simple strap change

Point taken. I think so too. And it'll be a no brainer when choosing straps - black gator is the way to go. Can't think of any strap that goes with it better.

How would 346 compared to 388?
Like the titanium and lower price as its on sale now...but I like the shining stainless steel which less prone to scratches.

I wasn't aware that 346 was on sale. Which TD offers this?

KW PAM 346 is awesome even without price considerations

ALRE

Couldn't be more true. Even without discounted the 346 is without doubt one of the best PAM reps around.

I honestly think it wears rather small for a 45mm. It wears almost identical to my 42mm Luminor case. It's for some reason, wears smaller than my 45mm 292j. This is a must have watch for the skinny wrist crews.

Did anyone ever find out what movement this is based on? As with the 372 sc im reluctant to spend money on something that may not be fixable if it ever were to break.
