Shipping update:

China Shipping to U.K. is safe. Takes around 7-10days.

Triangle shipping from U.K. to EU is also relatively safe using Royal Mail, but we would have to remove all factory plastic and ship without the warranty card.


However, due to Brexit the postman on EU side signs on behalf of the receiver and leaves parcel on door step. This is very risky for us and hence why we do not like shipping outside EU.


We have been trialing shipping China to EU via 4px for AAA stock (budget reps). This method is cheap but VERY slow and risky. Around 1 in 5 shipments get rejected by China authorities upon X-ray inspection and sent back to sender (which takes time to repackage and ship out again). Risk of customs seizure on EU side is also high. Due to the ongoing issues with this service, we have decided not to use it. It’s cheap for a reason.

DHL shipping to EU: have only checked this using budget reps. Not completely safe. Many reps get rejected in China side. This is not a service we can afford to offer at this time.

Other services:
We have not found an alternative triangle shipping service to EU that we are comfortable with. It’s too risky for us as smaller dealer offering guaranteed delivery.

As a result, we are still only shipping to U.K. at this time, with only limited U.K. to EU triangle shipments for repeat customers.

Hopefully within the next few months we can establish a secure shipping service to EU like the bigger dealers but right now it is too risky for us as smaller dealers to take the liability for shipments outside EU.

For a UK buyer like me - de risks the whole process.

Also he won’t sell anything that’s not good quality. I’ve tried to get cheapys to try but he will only ship the good stuff.

Recommend his opinion on what is a good rep and his service.

I recently inquired about a Tudor S&G BB with KS and was advised the factory only had “bottom of the barrel” left and they would not be willing to order one for me due to such poor quality

Which in my opinion represents a real genuine level of honesty and integrity in a dealer, for that KS- I thank you

KS has done everything possible to solve an issue I had with a watch which we are still trying to resolve a year on from when I purchased it. Very open and kept the lines of communication going. Most TD's would have just washed their hands of the issue. Not much transparency in this game but you get plenty with KS - as soon as the novelty of smartwatches wears off they will get my next purchase for sure!
