How do you know that's real croc? it looks like croc embossed cowhide to me.

I was tempted to buy the watch but the plain strap was a deal breaker. Now that the new strap is available it's tempting but the price of the strap is insane. No way I would be getting one.
Shame really as the watch is definitely a conversation starter due to its uniqueness

you have to deal with the fact that custom aligator straps cost a bit. Just look into the AP section where almost everyone who knows what can ruin a watch spends 160 bucks on a custom hornback...

Got the watch a few days ago, really pleased with it.
Never held a gen, so can't compare. But I'm happy with this piece. Certainly wanted a gen before, but the price of those have skyrocketed recently

My wife is supportive of my rep watch addiction, even my expensive franken builds. However, I showed her this "clown watch" and she told me that this one will have to be vetoed. She has never vetoed a watch, but now I want it and can't even try it out

There is a quartz version of this rep, along the 3 faces we already saw these two were released as well (quartz)
