I realize you don't work on 7750's, however, will you replace a broken A7750 with a complete new and upgraded 7750?

Email sent on a Noob V2 2836 I received today from TS Watch. Broken out of the box. Never even got it on my wrist. Crown turns but hands don't in either direction. Also, rocking bezel...

Hello, you don't mention 2846 movements but I assume you can service them as well? I may get one for a 7928 Tudor build.
