Can you please be a bit more specific in what exactly you don't understand? Two question marks could mean a lot of different things.
If it's about our sales rules, the links I posted for you contain them and you violated pretty much all major sales rules with just a single post:
1. No sales eligibility (not even close)
2. You're not verified (i.e. not certified with a government issued ID or passport)
3. Posting sales outside of the sales area is strictly prohibited w/out any exceptions (even if you were eligible and certified)
