Check out the new YG Daytona by clean. It's spot on.the problem often is the color - every yellow gold day date or sub i've seen the yg looks like someone went over it with a highlighter

wow thats really good which one is the one u showing in the pics?BP YG has a nice color tone
How much did it end up weighing?JDF is actually GMF and the color is really good (i have the "heavy" two tone Datejust 36 and it's just about 5 grams lighter than gen).
Well, sized for my wrist, then GEN weighs about 133g (info taken from a yt video) -How much did it end up weighing?

and the GMF comes in at about 127g with the same amount of links removed.
i believe they talking about a solid YG not two tone - at least i hope soTo me the weight from a gen two tone is a minute difference anyhow. There is very little gold, hence the huge price difference from solid 18k daytona vs two tone.
My GMF daydate 40 weighs 125g with links removed vs a gen daydate 40 is around 220g+. I just don't forsee this being as good as its listed. We all see the lies in this business, even the verbiage used on puretime, " some cu-w metal added". He'll they used to advertise watches as gold wrapped for more when it wasn't.
I think the only real way to get most of these things done is finding the individual custom Chinese watchmakers that do the solid 18k cases and tungsten on your own. Just like their are better custom dials off market in China.
Okay the SS version is 117grams all links, so they must have added it to the case back.Well, sized for my wrist, then GEN weighs about 133g (info taken from a yt video) -

Subbed. Curious about this as well. I can't remember where but I remember reading that tungsten does not bode well with skin contact in the long term. I could be totally wrong. Anyone wanna chime in?Not just the longevity also how the skin reacts to the compounds here
I see. Im curious to see what the alloy for the JDF DD will be *if* this is actually gonna happen. Exciting times in the rep world! They are talking about Tungsten carbide rings where it's high Tungsten levels mixed with nickel. Ring is pressed up tight to your skin and constantly in contact so rashes can happen.
This is the pessimist in me coming out but I’m gonna guess and say it’s gonna be around $1000.@JonathanLing91 It will be interesting. I'm curious about the weight and list price
I mean it's a low tier factory still lolthe crown finishing is awful so i would imagine theres a handful of flaws
Hopefully not. This is the pessimist in me coming out but I’m gonna guess and say it’s gonna be around $1000.
Who is your td?So after talking to my TD about the watch. They said it is real but it weighs 135g. Lol that's the same as the stainless one. A solid gold daydate would be in the 220+ gram range.
