Slimmed handbase would be a great idea.
Problem is we have not perfected that skill yet. Haha

Contacted supplier for bulk of ETA DW.
Chris on the other hand is sending back all 2 dozen techy rings to get it milled again so there will be proper gap between the DW and the techy.
Anodization of techy rings were scheduled for tomorrow but it will be slightly delayed until after the techy job.

I know the gen GP has white DW with black font just like our standard j12 GP.
But i saw a gen with black DW w White font, which looked much better (DW looks deeper)
I'm on the fence with this decision.. which way should i go? Black font? White font? Or both???
If they are both legit on gen, which one would you guys prefer?

The one with the black DW is a newer version called the AP ROO grand prix carbon 2.0 with a ceramic bezel instead of the regular Forged carbon bezel. So yes it's a gen but not exactly the same watch. So it depends on your taste ...

So, we'll go with black font as per gen v1.0 .... but I'm still getting my own in white font (V2.0). ;-p
That GP with ceramic bezel and black dw was a custom by request of that guy. It's not an official release from AP. So, if you don't mind that, then it's up to you.
I personally will always go with the AP official release as my reference. Any watch can be customized.

[MENTION=51261]wooky492[/MENTION] you need to have a cyclops with correct mag. I know someone in SG doing it but not sure if he can supply them in large quantity. His cyclops is not ARed so you might want to AR them yourselves.
