I like that strap. Will offer those in a month or 2

Smp straps are fantastic, highly recommend for anyone who hasn’t owned one before... And those who have. They fit perfectly

Here are a few pictures of my newly acquired JF APRO 15400 in blue. Sorry, I didn't resize them, hope they're not too big (at they are iPhone snapshots, sorry about that too)!

This is my first replica watch ever, and let me tell you that I am thrilled! I've been conditioned (on forums with an anti-reps groupthink) to despise replica watches, because you know, only fake people wear fake watches. Hence, I was quite anxious about buying my first replica. I had this largely wrong impression that a 380$ replica wouldn't be as well made as any other 380$ "genuine" watch. Boy was I wrong!

This watch is really well made! I haven't handled the genuine APRO, so I can't comment much, but the blue dial doesn't sting my as particularly inexact. If it is, well, sitting on my wrist, is doesn't bother at all. Especially since I don't have a genuine alongside to be picky. I was a bit anxious too about the possible noise of the Miyota rotor. Isn't all that bad actually; I was afraid it would be obnoxious like my Seagull ST-19 powered Parnis watches. It's not even comparable. Rotor is at least 50% quieter (the room needs to be silent and I need to approach the watch to my ear) and I don't even hear the second hand ticking when I bring it close to my ear (unlike my Parnis PAM111 homage).

Doesn't wear heavy on the wrist, finish is very good, appears well made! I just need to get the bracelet sized, and maybe give the bracelet an oil bath, but it's a keeper for sure!

The APRO 15400 in blue is my Holy Grail. And for 5,5% of the current price for a used one, that's quite the bargain!

Now that my replica watch virginity is void, I can build a nice wish list, starting with an AP Schumi and a couple of Rolex's!

Thank RWI!

it's a basic rep strap.
quality wise, shouldn't be what we call as 'comfortable'. but i will definitely give my opinion when it arrive.
my main plan is to use this as a sacrificial template to make custom strap like this.
i love how the blue croc strap blend in with the blue dial and SS case :D

I'm not sure, but I hope not. I have the bracelet version.

I somehow think there is a need if ours is a bracelet version, unless smp lover (or whoever the strap provider) provides the straps with the endlinks.... Perhaps some other experts here can chip in please.

It amazes me how many people seem in awe of this watch. Don't get me wrong. I bought one of the first BP and had the movement serviced. A good looking watch that can fit into many categories. I still am a Diver guy and love the AP Diver. I had a custom black sharkskin strap with silver stitching made by Donerix. It fits my wrist better and I think it genuinely looks better on my wrist. Still this is a nice watch but there really are a lot of great reps out there, especially outside the world of Audemars-Piguet. If I was going to drop 15 large, it wouldn't be on this or the diver. I did like handling these but so many options out there. I guess that's why my box is almost always full. It has 4-2 watch winders and 12 slots on the bottom for extras. I usually wear one or three per month unless a special occasion pops up.

I've been feeling Tudor love as of late. Thoughts change but I still love all my little automatics and even the better Quartz watches too. However buying many additional straps and sending things of for AR/Lume will eat through your bank account as quick as buying gens/wines or cigars.

What shall we have? An '82 Margaux! Is it any good? Good....?, It will make you believe in God!
