I, who had this experience with Intime, can call this TD a scammer because that's what he did to me.

But thats what this forum is for, isnt it? .. to post your experience so others can read and make an informed decision on how they want to proceed..
Not every review on a TD will be a good one, glad i read this one.

But thats what this forum is for, isnt it? .. to post your experience so others can read and make an informed decision on how they want to proceed..

Massive fail in reading the room on your part. Nobody here on RWI, even including the admins with @trailboss99 at the top, doesn't accept valid criticisms of a TD. Heck, we even have an actual help desk to act as intermediary support for TD issues which the OP made no use of. Trust me, this thread would have a completely different outcome had the OP not used derogatory terms like "scammer" or "screwed" ...

Nope, of course you don't.

For this to be a scam, you are aware that there has to be intent, right?

Did you ever use the official RWI help desk to act as an intermediary to solve your dispute in this case with Intime?

You are wrong i have proof. At the latest when I sent him the photos of the watch with the wrong movement, he knew. But instead of helping me, he tried to get more money from me. With intent. And he also tried to persuade me that it was the right watch with the correct movement. and when you saw the photos of the movement you also knew that he was lying and thats not the Movement from his website.
I will use the official RWI Helpdesk. Just to proof you that doesnt change intimes behavior in this case.
Than i will get back to you with a joyful "Told you" 😁

But, should intime suddenly change course and send me the watch I paid for and ordered just because I used the RWI Helpdesk. Then I will also say publicly that you were right!

You mean AFTER you badmouthed @ryanwayer by calling him a "scammer" and still insist that he "screwed" you on purpose without ANY proof whatsoever that he opened the watch before he sent it to you or that he intentionally ordered a watch with an inferior movement just for you to fool you? 😂

Are you aware that RWI TDs are thoroughly and intensively vetted and an RWI TD label is not awarded just like that by @trailboss99? A TD status on here is not meaningless, to put it lightly.

That's also one of the reasons why RWI offers TD dispute assistance to you BEFORE you publicly accuse them of being scammers.

I still sincerly hope that the admins help you, regardless of how you mishandled the case so far, because —believe it or not—, I also think that Intime owes you the correct movement without extra charge. You seem to not understand or not wanting to understand why nobody, except 2 newbies, side with you.

I'm out of this thread and will leave it to the Helpdesk admins to handle the case IN THE BACKGROUND (they very likely won't do it publicly 😆).

I'll check back here in a week or two...
