1) To remove the stem on these you must have it in winding position?
2) Does it wind in both directions? Or only a certain direction?

I think this is the seconds stop like the long gold part in this picture. Maybe it's bent in your movement of the movement starts ti run after you pressed it.

OK so i just opened my watch and yes you remove the crown in winding position.

My watch is running a little slow - I am guessing the timing to adjusted using this lever? Similar to a 7750 as well? I dont want to ruin the watch. LOL

Just calm down, take a deep breathe or a cognac, use a magnifier and a toothpick or very small screwdriver. And only very, very small movement to the direction you need.

Guys - one more question. It seems like ZF rotors are way too light these days. On my winder the rotor is so light when the watch is turning the rotor seems to not rotate. Is there a way to add some weight to the rotor?

So you got the same problem? I've had a few guys mention to me the same problem as well. The rotor turns freely when I flick the wrist so its not getting suck on the case back or anything else - the rotor is just so damn light weight when left on the winder the rotor just sits there LOL - WTF

Man ZF is disappointing me more and more and more. I purposely didnt buy any ZF watch for over 12 months due to their QC issues before. Now the first ZF 7 days I buy found these new v4s are using some cheap ass rotor that are light as a feather and cant even rotate when on my winder.

I think I'm going to totally give up on ZF. Never had so many issues with a makers watches before and I've had over 7 ZF watches now.

Has anyone sourced this movement? My ZF V2 IWC 5009-8 froze after an unfortunate drop. I've searched the Liaoning Peacock SL6601, but threads seem to end in dead ends. I've reached out to my TD, but any leads would be appreciated.
