I've asked a few others and they said Angus has exclusive access to the first batch. Usually noob prices are pretty similar amongst ye TDs

Prices of reps seems to be going up all rounder. This does have a very nice domed sapphire so it makes sense to be more expensive then others in the same category. Also the new Mark XVI rep is also expensive.

Correct me if wrong but i think Angus worked with Noob for this one so exclusivity is only to be expected. Apparently the cost is down to the domed crystal, explosive dial and just how damn Gen this thing looks!
