I am a big time fan of this IWC as I think it makes a decent dress watch.
I would be interested to know the other desirable replica watches that you would lust after

A dress watch? lol what, do you know the thickness of it, it mostly definately is not a dress watch.


Interested to see some reviews, pretty much feel same as most others, it's not a watch i've been waiting for or that makes me excited in the pants but the video on PT the quality looks like it may make it worth it. I have been trying to figure out a SS watch on a blue strap also, but this may be to blue with the dial for me. I also thought it seemed slightly over priced but hey ho.

Seems like there are a lot of people here hating on this watch for some reason.
In all honesty when I tried on the regular black dial version in the AD it didn't move me, expecially when I'm presented with a whole heap of stunning pilots and portugese.....BUT....when I picked this piece up, it really picked my eyes and when I mounted it on my wrist I knew instantly if I can afford it I will get it. Needless to say I can't afford it. But I did mount the watch every visit to my local AD.

So I was super excited that this is being repped - and repped at this level.

Now as for reviewing this watch. Lets just say it's practically perfect. I got myself the swiss version - naturally since I would keep it.

The only faw, if I may, is the sapphire is not as raised and domed as the gen by a few micro mm - something only noticable if you are, like me, addicted to this watch.

So here are some pictures against some of the biggest players in the IWC market, and let me tell you, this watch really hold it's own style and design and shines among them.

An amazing job the factories have done on this dial. Everything is so sharp and the lume dots are just about perfectly placed.

I got this today. My God it's absolutely amazing. I'm genuinely in awe. It feels and looks like a genuine. It's very well built, there is no dust under the crystal, the gasket was greased, the hands are spotless...all very nice touches. The strap is pretty good too. I really love this.

Thanks for sharing these pictures, they really show how this model is beautiful watch.
I have a vintage with such a classic dial design and blue sunburst dial, I really appreciate it, but as it’s a vintage, it’s 34mm diameter is somehow small compared to nowadays standards for watches size. This IWC is a really good idea : nice, simple, classic design, beautiful dial and bigger size. Added on my wishlist...

How is the colour of the blue sunburst dial in comparison to the gen? It is rather hard to tell from the photos.

Just got mine from the PO today.

It sits perfectly on my wrist. My wrist size is 7.5".

The leather is pretty nice also. I was planning on switching it out for a black strap before I received it. But it's a really deep dark navy, almost black.

The case back is engraved very nicely. I also like how they have different numbers out of 1000. I got #111
