I paid for a watch in December and since then I've had no comms from anyone at Puretime. I've sent several emails to Puretime sales, customer service and quality.
I have sent them the email that mentioned and indicates that they have received my payment, which was sent on the 30th of December and I've not had one more email from Puretime about the order or any delivery.
I'm sending messages everyday, but nobody at Puretime has replied.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
