I'm getting worried, I've paid for the watch and no comms for 2 weeks

I paid for a watch in December and since then I've had no comms from anyone at Puretime. I've sent several emails to Puretime sales, customer service and quality.
I have sent them the email that mentioned and indicates that they have received my payment, which was sent on the 30th of December and I've not had one more email from Puretime about the order or any delivery.
I'm sending messages everyday, but nobody at Puretime has replied.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

PureTime is a TD for a reason however we are all human and mistakes do happen from time to time.

Can you please provide the website from which you ordered as well as their email address? Thanks.

I paid for the watch in the link that was sent to me by Alice from the email above. I then got a reply informing me that I had paid, but so far I've heard nothing else.

That email is correct, I'm confident @puretime will see this and be reaching out soon enough.

I'm sure you're anxious as well as excited, honestly I would just be patient as they'll reply soon.

It is completely normal that this takes some time, have a little patience :)

Be patient, QC images may take a while depending on model of watch ordered.
Also if you keep spamming their email all you are doing is sending your message back to the bottom of the pile. TDs will generally work their way up, just imagine the volume of emails they receive on a daily basis…..

Thanks for your reply. I understand the process, but not getting a single reply to several emails is a little worrying, all I needed was the acknowledgment of my email.

We found no emails from you. Maybe because it's outlook email you are using. Your order is being processed. You can sit tight and wait for QC pictures.

Hello,
Can I ask if you cannot receive emails from outlook, what is the best way to contact you once the QC photos arrive?
Also, what sort of lead times are you working to these days?

I had same issue my outlook email identified as outgoing and incoming email as spam. Just send from a yahoo email all will be good. If you don't have a yahoo account just create one :eek:)

Since the main communication will be through I better off creating a new account with other email (not outlook) to make a new order?

Direct message them here with your order number and your new email address.
