That might be a random name + made up address.
But in any case, this is it.

Here is a thought..... a user HAS to register his/her LEGITIMATE address with PayPal. On your confirmation email, what does it say? There has got to be contact info on there. There are numerous ways to get someones address.

Oh, and if you can prove he has been using false info.....PayPal will rule for you automatically.

Well I did not sign for it, but the tracking system shows it delivered

Every interaction with Paypal I have been calm and collected and concerned and I will remain that way along with sending all our email correspondence showing him trying to get me to send payment as gift and me refusing, I don't see how I won't win.

At this point the worst part isn't the money since I hope to get back eventually, it's the fact that I got fooled and should have known better.

Hmmm it doesn't look like he has a watch safe inside his house does it, like he claimed.

If the propane canister is fake it was well vintigized, if that's a word.

Yeah, but focus on getting back the money, resolute and active.
That's the only hit he will really feel.
You'll have time later to meditate on your mistakes.

If I lived in Ottawa id pop over there for you and find out who really lives there myself.

This is a really shitty situation and I hope it works out for you in the end.

I was screwed over in a similar fashion a couple of years ago. At least me fraudster was smart enough to songs a very convincing rep (before I knew his good they could be). I didn't find out until four months later even it broke bad my watch s with broke the news to me. Way too late for a PayPal dispute.

His PayPal email is verified as of a couple weeks ago, if that's any info useful to anyone.

Sorry to hear about this mate, only one P Harwood listed in Ottawa:

P Harewood
Home (613) 749-1575
209 Mart Cir
Ottawa, ON K1K 4K2

That may not be him tho. What is the sender's name on the CN22? That needs to be verified by ID for international mail.

Whats his address mate?
We have a bunch of memebers from canada (me included) and we can easily smash a few windows to teach this guy a lesson
Um, let's not suggest anything that could backfire on the OP please.

Holy crap.....this is infuriating....I have sold many a gen on TZ and always considered it "no brainer" to buy or sell through. This sucks but

I am exited to see the brilliantcy of RWI Jedi's on the case. I have all the confidence this will get sorted out. My mind is boggled at the lengths people will go to rip people off....wtf?

Did everyone else already realize what this scammers name is? Peter Harewood? As in Dick Harry Wood? Did everyone else catch this already or am I just slow?

One thing is for sure, this guy is a dick. I love the brotherly support our guys display here. Genius, really. Ways to exact payment in kind that I never really thought of. Proud to be a member of this group.

I stopped reading at gift... I don't feel sorry for you. Next time use your brains. If anyone gets mad at this I'm sorry but I can't take people that fall for sh@t like this anymore. It's like the rubes on eBay.

I've filled out that exact form many many times shipping watches to the US and have never been asked for ID.

There is a different form for international expidited and have never been asked for ID on that one either. :(

Well I see why you would stop reading at gift, however I did use a small amount of good judgement and didn't send it as gift

But admittedly I was a moron
