Hello,

How long does it take PureTime to process an order and request payment? I placed an order 4 busniss days ago and it still says Preparing Payment Instructions.

Any help is appreciated!

Maybe they’re a bit behind. Or maybe they’re waiting for confirmation from the factory that the watch you ordered is available. In any case, if you used the correct contact information, they will get back to you.

Also, I bet you are using Outlook or Hotmail? Try sending your emails from a gmail account and it probably will get a response. PT always has issues with non-gmail emails lol

Make sure you're contacting them at their most recently listed email. When they change URLs you'll see old email addys on the site in listings or other places.

It took me a 3rd try to finally reach them recently, and it took some time to get a response.

I got a pretty incredible noob Cartier from them like 10 years ago. It took a couple of months total between the initial order/communication/payment & delivery.

Read the noob stickies, this process is not for the impatient. Be sure you used their most current site & email, not a scam site and scam email. Their current dealer info is in the TD section.

If the info looks current, be patient, read the stickies.
