New rules for new players:
New players can jump in even though the challenge has already been met.
Original rules state that once a challenge has been met, that challenge is then closed
This is only for the current challenge that has just been met. That doesn't mean that new players can go back in time and take a pic that has been met a few weeks ago. Only the last challenge can qualify. Pratt's pic is a prime example of a pic that I will now allow.
This is to encourage new players join in on the game. Also to encourage new player to get a head start, 10 bonus points are given new players.
For low points players, a 5 point bonus is also available.
