Good morning, I introduce myself from Spain. I've been considering buying a Rolex 1:1 for a while, and after getting a lot of information online, I ended up on this forum that seems like a diamond in the rough. What a ton of information is here, my goodness!! For example, I have read the thread on the different mechanisms and I find it simply impressive. Well, in summary, I am almost decided to buy a Rolex Starbucks, I am really interested above all in its exterior finish and logically that it also has a good internal mechanism. After seeing quite a few reviews, I think that the best ones are VSF and it also seems that the Clean ones are almost indistinguishable from the outside. I will probably opt for one of these two on the Intime or Trustytime website, I think they are both TD sellers. TRUE? Another question that assails me is...is it worth buying the box with the papers? Does the box really resemble? Is there any point in having it, if the watch is a copy and my intention is not to resell it by scamming anyone? Regards, and thank you very much.

VSF and Clean is the "battle of the titans" in the rep game as of 2023. Both have their own strengths, but it's fair to say that neither factory is a "bad purchase". They both represent the best factories for most Rolex models.

Correct. They are both TDs. Very important: Don't use Google to look up contact info, use only the forum. Otherwise you will end up with a scammer / impostor who uses a TD's name and logo but has absolutely no association with the real TD!

General consensus is that it's not worth it. Quality varies strongly and there is no real value to it. Fake box and papers are not very popular in the community and with some, they are even out right frowned upon. It is your decision of course. Personally, I find them to be a waste of money.
