Hi, I'm having an unresolved dispute with a local TD here. Unresolved yet he has blocked me on whatsapp(our main form of communications) and not reply to my PM sent to him past 24hours, though he posting within that 24 hours. Not going to name him yet.

Mods are in the loop of this but he is just simply not replying.

Here's a quick time stamp on what had transpired.

I contacted him early Jan this year to purchase a H fact Pam243. After much discussion the transaction began as follow:

13 jan pay for watch.

15 say will send pict for qc the next day.

Say 17 will ship.

16 say his gal haven't pick up the watch.

17 say don't want use ex stock. Say dealer has no new stock. Say wait.

18 first qc pict. He say he will return cos cg fail

20 say factory didn't send him. Ask if I want refund. I told him I'll wait but hopefully faster as cny was approaching.

21 qc pict. Say talk to me next mon. Told me he will meet me to pass the watch.

22 changed his mind and say ship to me instead.

26 received SMS text from his courier package left in shoe rack!!! No one signed for package or acknowledged. When I came back the so called package was gone. Don't even bloody know if it was there in the first place!

I contacted the TD immediately and we discussed for quite a while with him asking size of shoe rack, his relationship with the courier, abt the size of the courier's balls that he dared to leave the package just like that.

From 26-29 Jan we Whatsapp and I asked for updates. He told me to wait and I did patiently. He in fact went into a deranged mode and blasted me when I requested a refund on the 29.

He had told me this shipper has f*cked up his shipment before and I don't have to worry they'll compensate me n he will compensate me. Yet now he behaves in such a manner?

In fact a part of his text 'Strange how it sounded. I hated to say insurance was not purchased for this shipment but this particular freight forwarders are responsible for ANY loss of package'. So? What am I waiting for?


Whatsapp discussion continued till 29 Jan and he totally blocked me out from communications

He told me he will send all communications to mods n told me to get mods to take over.

I was puzzled n told him all along I had been patient n now he's throwing me to mods n not trying to resolve this? Bear in mind I DID NOT harass him nor bomb him continuously for update.

It's only when I'm not getting replies from him that I just want an end to all these nonsense. First the delay in getting the stock when was told no issues then the constant changes in meeting up or shipping. And constantly he's changing story about he's in china or Singapore.

Mods had asked that I be patient as it was hitting cny n give the TD time to resolve. I also agreed with the mods the courier f*ucked up not him. BUT, what's his problem in blocking me on the main line of communication when mods had told me to keep the line of communication open with the TD and wait for the resolution?

I'm out cash n no watch. Is it my loss that his f*ucked up courier left the package outside the house without anyone receiving it?? I should be responsible for their screw ups?

And the best is without resolving this issue he simply blocked me from Whatsapp and refused to reply my PM. From 29th Jan I've patiently waited till yesterday 12th Feb when I sent him the PM. No reply.

Well watch market is open and courier is back at service so what more do I have to wait and to tolerate his attitude?

I'm to bear the loss?

Sad story. Not many dealers here use whatsaap and travel from SG to CN often....
I'm sure that John will sort it out nice and clean...

Fact is I want to resolve. I did not even mention to alert mods yet he simply says that himself.

Screenshots are all saved with time stamped. He can't deny he blocked me on Whatsapp when my other 3 mobile phones shows his last online and in fact online time. Such attitude.

And I did not harass him. Not at all. Yet this is what I get. Perfect.

Sounds to me like you have done everything correct mate....It's in the hands of the mods so you will be looked after.

Forgot to mention. When the package was missing when I came back and I alerted him, I asked him if he wants me to lodge a police report for loss or stolen package. I presume he needs it for his to claim from his shippers. But no reply to that.

I told him if a police report is needed, what does he want me to report what was in the package as there's no way in hell I'm going to report a replica watch. Still, no answer.

After checking his courier on web and with friends in China( I have a company in china) his shipper cuckold express does not link up with singapore's post office or other local courier companies.

My thought coincide with other local members that his own people pick up when it reaches Singapore and deliver himself.

Put it bluntly, his own people left the package outside the residence as no proper courier service people will ever leave a package outside without anyone signing for it!!!!!!!

I just simply hope this matter could be resolved without ever to appear in the forum but it just seems to me that the TD doesn't give a flying f*uck at all.

Shite happens, You Agree yourself the dealer isn't to blame but the irresponsible courier and aware time is needed to resolve with shipping courier!

Thanks for your help right from the initial stages when you learned about this.

The PM yesterday was cc to you. Timing is all there.

And we can all see when he was posting in this sales thread.

I don't think it's a mod's job to babysit a TD. Police yes not babysit. And not do I want to go complaining again y this bigger is not replying.

Time I've given him.

You've made clear to communicate with him to resolve and keep you in the loop. So why has he blocked me?

I think the crux here is not in me not being patient rather on his attitude on not resolving and blocking me. I did not harass him lest he jumped the gun and accuse me of that.

Is that an attitude a TD here to possess when a buyer has an unresolved issue?

Yes I've agreed from day 1 his courier is at fault. You asked me to give him time as cny is round the corner. I agree no problem. Though I know how pally he's with the shipper many communications you just didn't know that he could have resolved this with a phone call to his shipper's boss.

I agreed with you to give him time. But I didn't agree to be treated such as a consumer.

A courier service that refuses to answer my calls (more than 10 at different timing of the day) just simply relying on smses.

Which courier company in the world does that? Not in Singapore for sure.

If he chooses to block you on WhatsApp I'm sorry there's nothing we can do about that, but if he's not replying within a timely matter to issues on Rwi then that is a issue!
I agree a simple reply to your question would have given you some piece of mind to what is or is not happening!

It's out in the open now which you are more than entitled to post, but let's keeps to the facts and not post wild accusations about shipping details unless you have strong evidence to back up, if this is the case then pm me this!

The last time I replied your PM I didn't receive a reply from you Co-axial.

I bought the watch from the TD who has had previous issues with this courier yet he still chooses to use this same courier.

You're asking me to flame a courier from where?

Am I getting a signal that I'm now in the wrong n the TD has no responsibility to resolve the issue?

So you're telling me I'm the consumer, I'm out money and watch and I'm to suffer the loss? When TD continues to use a flawed courier?

If you have a problem with shipping methods and services offered by our TDs and SVs don´t buy at a TD or SV here anymore, buy at Amazon.

Your entire approach to this issue in this thread is wrong and I will not allow this to be taken to the dealers responsibility.
Sharrkey has managed the issue with you and the TD in a perfect manner. Leave it as it is. Leave it to PM with staff (Sharrkey).

The whole issue is now turned against my approach?

Why instead is not on why the dealer has refused to keep in communication to resolve the matter?

Why deviate from the issue?

Courier service is engaged by TD, why arent you asking the TD what's the outcome yet telling me to flame the courier instead when I bought from the TD? I don't get to choose the TD, if it was my choice well I guess I have to suck it up but it's not.

I'm not up against the TD. I'm just seeking a resolution to this matter where now it seems I'm the one who screwed this up from the start, the one who paid, who have no watch and to be in the wrong to ask why seller has shut the door of communication.

The thing is, Sharrkey told me TO COMMUNICATE AND KEEP COMMUNICATIONS OPEN WITH TWT. Which I did. But he blocked me.

That's why I PM TWT n cc Sharrkey to know that TWT has closed his communication channel with me.

Which he did not reply to my PM.

That's why I post this here. Without mentioning him in the first place.

He has refused to communicate or resolve. So how to resolve this matter?
