Are we talking about the SSD="Super Sea Dweller" or the Deep Sea Dweller?

SSD to me means the 40mm Sea Dweller that's been around for quite a while.

If it was the new Deep Sea w/correct bracelet and blue lume, I'd go for that. Otherwise, I'd be in for the FG GMT-II C.

...Super Sea-Dweller v2 - 40mm watch, I think...the one that´s been around for a while.
Some ppl are mistaking it here by the DEEPSEA I think...

But only D4M can tell us for sure :)

Cheers,
Spirit.

No,, I wanted to do a 38-41mm watch as we have hundreds of members who do not want a 44 or 45mm watch.
I've also done GB's on Breitling, IWC and Omega.
Doing a Rolex GB is only natural and will also be looking at the PAM088 and 156 in the very near future.

Let me explain that I prefer to not do the very expensive super reps in a group buy setting. Why do I want to risk customs, doa, etc.. while I'm only making $30 on average. All it takes is 1 of them to be seized or go bad and that wipes out the net and gross of 15 sales.. and tons of my personal time.
I need to minimize the risk and find something that will be appealing to our members pocket books as some of our budgets have shrunk lately.. :(

I would do the SSD. In fact, I might even be in on this.

I was just looking at the TT GMT, which I really like, but they're back to NOT gold coating the sides of the middle end-link. WTF!?!

This is why I won't get one and will wait until a wrapped version is done. The lack of gold on a the sides of the middle of the end-link is a big tell to me.

Don't forget the gold text on the dial instead of the white on the gen! :p

Do an SSD V2 bezel eta clone... awesome watch... I need one!

I'm with ya and I already have an SSD. It's a V1 but has a confirmed ETA mvt in it. Would love to have an inexpensive way to get a V2 case to do a swap with.

Some on this forum might be terribly disappointed that they missed out on a free trip to Australia!

I would be in for the Rolex Super Sea-Dweller.(have to rob the piggy bank :p )
The GMT is nice but the gold adds too much bling in my opinion.

SS good - gold bad when it comes to 90% of the reps I have bought. JMHO.
