Good morning gents. I too have been hiding under a rock! Whats going on around the globe? I've been sprucing up the old resume. Getting ready to send it over to an old friend for an IBM job. It could be a huge change for me. My wife is also looking. She wants to get out of the law game altogether. Too many pricks. I've been hitting the bike around the lake trying to skim off some of those holiday pounds. Other than that it's everyday life. Oh, I also bought a Seiko SKX007. It should be here in a few days. No collection is complete without one right?

It is now about 30 minutes to the big $1.5 billion Powerball Lottery drawing boys !! If I win, all you guys get a brand new Gen Rolex Submariner from me. I shall come to you personally in my stretch limo followed by an open top red double decker bus with a military band on the top deck announcing my arrival ! You can all take my word for this. Wear baggy pants with deep pockets so I can have my butler stuff those pockets with a couple of thick wads. Photographers in tow will be in the lower deck. I don't care how far you live. Expect me. Should I suddenly suffer a heart attack during my 'distribution trip', I shall reward those coming to the hospital to wish me well a solid gold brand new Submariner ! What are friends for I say !!! ........................ As I sit here counting the minutes to the big drawing, my two hounds are beside me staring at me with a "what's up man" look. Nope I didn't win the jackpot guys. I did get the Powerball number correct [10] in one of the tickets. That's $2 bucks ! Well it's something. I'll get 2 super Lotto tickets with that money. I really want that "in your driveway visit" to happen boys !! ...................One winner on the jackpot just announced on TV. From right here in S. California, a Chino Hills resident. Not too far from me............ lucky guy !!

So as of 5 pm last night, I'm officially a Home Owner. Went to the new house after work and found my first plumbing emergency. The Seller had a handyman come out and replace the fixtures outside the house for water conservation and one of them apparently couldn't hold up to the water pressure in the house and had split apart. It looks like water had been spraying into my backyard for 2 days now. I ran to home depot, bought a new spigot and threw it on. These problems don't come at you this often when you buy a home, do they?

The Seller had a handyman come out and replace the fixtures outside the house for water conservation and one of them apparently couldn't hold up to the water pressure in the house and had split apart. These problems don't come at you this often when you buy a home, do they?

Congrats on the new home DPR! Sorry to hear that you have already had an issue. Being a home owner means you get polish up on your hand man skills. Lol
