That snow though Another chilly night in store for us here in LA. The San Gabriel Mountains clearly visible from my place are now snow capped. Postcard pretty. That's only about 35 miles from me. So its a bit cold here in LA. ........ The two hound dogs next to me are enjoying the heat inside. Balls out type of laying on their back here. It's a dogs world all right. Not a worry in the world for these two snorters !! Ha Ha Ha Ha ! ........... ooops, there goes one wagging his tail . Lemme tell you, they can read my mind. That calls for a cup.......

Okay, it's time to get back in the saddle of RWI. I've been reclusive with studying for my Insurance license, my regular job, and spending some good time with the family. It seems like everyone is super busy as well. What's going on in this big world?!

Good morning from a very windy UK. I've been missing a lot lately as just too busy like a lot of others seem to be. I've made a stand though now. I'm persistently working 60 hours a week and spending several days a week away from home and family. The days I'm here, I'm working 12 hours and don't get to see them anyway. Well enough is enough. I only get paid for 35 hours a week so I will not be doing it anymore. 35 hours is all I'm prepared to give as I've sacrificed too much family time. Life is too short to waste. I don't live to work, I work to live. Family comes first and will from now on.
I'm looking forward to the change, this weekend is the start of it. I hope everyone has a great weekend. I know I will.

hope all of you had a great day! I have been swamped at work and just like bkg! working my ass off, This week I stayed at home with the wife after her surgery to take care of her and I am pleased to say she is recovering really well, the kids are all in one piece and the house is still standing.
[MENTION=69777]bkg![/MENTION] good for you for making that decision, I am told to many times that i need to learn how to say "no" and I am totally doing that from now on as well. You are 100% correct in your statement saying you work to live and that family comes first sometimes that message or midst gets lost, I respect you for doing that. I know we have all been super busy and this is the "season" ramping up here so it makes for even less time to play on the forum. I hope all is good with all of you and hope a great week ahead!

Hey Jean, all is well here. In Shanghai for a couple more days and then off to Tawan. I have 2 more weeks of travel and then back to the states. Hope all is well bud!!

[MENTION=69777]bkg![/MENTION] I was like that c year ago when I got promoted, I want to change a lot of things so I work unpaid hours, not only the upper management didn't see my efforts, all those times are times loss that I would have spend with my family and love ones. I didn't do that again when I came to my senses.
