I'm not really a trained eye but from looking at gens online I conclude that the numerals are too bold and font not as nice. Google and compare for yourself.

Yup I went for the Undecorated movement as recommended by Godfather.

He did mention that the thickness of the decorated movement is itself a big tell. No need to bother about DW since the thickness of the watch can be spotted far away

Got some QC pics -- I do notice that the numbers are slightly fatter on the rep than gen (especially the 1's). GF, is this something noticeable in your expert opinion?

Reading both here and at RWG I've concluded the 5167A version to get is SW200 (V2) V6F with non decorated movement.

Looking on the different TD sites I have come across a few versions with SW200, some with A2824 like this V4 on Puretime:
