I'm taking a gamble on this one, as I picked up beforehand an ETA7753 to drop in this.
The original is based on a 7753, whereas the rep uses a modified 7750, but with the 7753 having the correct sub-dial placement I'm hoping the ETA7753 can be dropped in without an issue.
My dealer also said it was currently out of stock, so trying a couple of others.

Pretty sure the a7750 still has different hand hole sizes for the chronograph hands. You may need to modify running sec, 30min timer and large chrono sec tubes to fit the ETA

Just ordered one (hopefully)...one TD said out of stock, another said in stock so I guess I’ll find out shortly

I dont think so. I saw the same video with subtext and it was written GF under the watch with all the needles.
I think the gen is the one which has some wear on it. Wouldn´t make sense, if they show a rep, which has already some scratches and dings on it.

Yes Trusty said out of stock last week but didn’t say any timeframe on if it would be available which I thought was strange given he has GF releases usually first. Anyway wouldn’t go with him again and ordered elsewhere so the waiting game begins again:idontno:
Trusty’s always looked after me well.
I did place my order with him back in late dec/jan. so I guess my order went into the factory then and with their being no stock and CNY an inevitable wait happened

I heard from a friend in china that this model has become extremely popular and thats why a lot lf td's are having trouble sourcing it.
