A very important watch to me. Cheap but robust watch. Have had this since I entered flight school in 2013. From my first flight, to solo, xcountry etc.

When I realized you need to have a watch to fly, that was the only thing I could afford ($70!) at that time. It came with a SS bracelet originally and I also got it cause it used to remind me of a Submariner. How naive of me [emoji23]

Ha. I remember my first solo x-country flight, I forgot to wear a watch and remember using my phone to time leg distances etc. It was funny because the phone kept causing interference sounds on the radio.....they didn't have "flight safe mode" in those days.

Haha that's funny. I'll always remember my instructor constantly telling me when I was doing my PPL with something like "If you ever use your phone even when I'm not there, I swear to god..." good times.
Thanks! I flew for some time for a parachute school after my CPL. And to make it clear, I'm on AC Rouge haha
