You don't source actual gen Pam movements, but gen Unitas/ETA 6497. These can be found here and there on Ebay or watch parts suppliers.
It may be worth it with close caseback models but it can be a "deco" problem with clear casebacks.

I’m looking to do a custom build of a hand-wound PAM 210 with a famous builder — from Ukraine — and am considering having it made with a closed caseback (gen 210 is clear).
Given this scenario of a closed caseback franken, would it change your perspective about using a gen Unitas/ETA 6497? I’d be ok with spending the extra money, if it is worth it from a reliability / repairability perspective. But, I don’t want to waste extra money just so I can say that “this has a gen 6497 movement.”
