I am a partisan of proper swiss movements in replicas myself, depending on the "worthiness" of the watch : rare pieces, modded/franken builts, but it all depends on each watch's specifications.
It gives a more reliable timekeeping and adds value to the watch, but going for a movement swap is a matter of personal feeling and attachment to the watch first. Also, some search is necessary to make sure it is technically possible (case specs, hands fit...).
As Jaybee said, the watch you linked above is cool watch from HWF, but although technically possible for a straight fit (I guess), it would not be worth a swiss movement swap to me. But hey, you're going to be the wearer, it's all up to you.
