Hi, I am interested too. Just some questions,
1) Are you going to make it in Stainless steel for the time being ?
2) What are the internal diameter for the bezel to fit the crystal ?
3) Does it come with the pushers, and are the pusher holes identical size to the GEN ?
4) Would there be a transparent case back ?
5) Would the crown tube be a screwed in one like Rolex or a pushed in like AP ? Crown tube, not crown.
6) What type of materials are you going to make out of the bezel screws ? White gold or SS ?

Updates on the kits. I will more than likely just use the case kit with the rubber diver strap. Heritage 08 for me.
Water resistance and Asian movement updates pretty please

Regarding the homeage, first question in my opinion is, how many people are interested in that? Most of the people
here are waiting for the case which will take the LWO movement to build a Franken.

Now regarding the homeage, the watch comes without logo and reminds to an AP ROO That is perfect.
A homeage is different then a replica, and the people which buy a homeage are for 80% different then
the normal rep buyer. A rep buyer wants to show his AP. So to me it only makes sense to build this
homeage with an eta7750 and not with a7750 and running sec @12. A homage guy does not care about
sec at 9 or 12, he is investing a lot of money in the case etc....he wants a reliable watch. Investing 2 grand
in a homeage and then send the watch first day on arrival to Domi for a service with jewel mod would be a joke.
Just my 2 cent.

Yes absolutely. I love the aesthetics of the case, and of course if a thinner case could be used for the homage that would be great as well. Being able to use the case in all conditions(AKA water tight ) including swimming and daily chores would be even better. The A7750 movement has proven a beast and even a dial layout like the City of Sails with their 3-6-9 layout would work well. As Guru said, functionality over anything else will be a deal maker or breaker here. A source for the Asian version of the LWo283 will just be a leap forward for a lot of people looking for a franken build, or a more gen like layout without spending >$500 per movement.

Keep the project alive brother, there is definitely a high demand for these.

Project still on, cases are done, hands are still not. Rubber pushers/ crowns are ok, not the best but can't wait anymore, Need some work on the dials, tachy just finished sampling, but it's chinese new year now......

Looking at the case update, I would say that it sounds like there's much progress indeed (case should be the hardest to manufacture of all, isn't it?) - though I thought the hands were already a done deal.

Please keep us updated!

I'm almost at the stage of shipping all my bits off to Domi. I only want one franken, so my interest in this project will end.

Can we get some kind of estimate of availability?
